A palletizing machine is an automated system that stacks your finished products onto pallets for efficient storage, transport, and logistics. • Collaborative Robots (Cobots): A smaller, safer robotic palletizer designed to work alongside people without extensive safety guarding. Cobot palletizers are ideal for lower-volume lines, seasonal operations, and facilities with limited floor space.

• Bag Palletizers: Purpose-built systems specifically designed for handling 20–50 kg bags of fertilizer, feed, seed, and chemicals. These systems include specialized grippers to prevent bag damage while maintaining high stacking speeds.

Modern palletizing systems incorporate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for precise pattern control, touchscreen interfaces for easy operation, and layer pad dispensers for added load stability. Palletizers can be integrated with automatic pallet dispensers and stretch wrappers to create a complete end-of-line automation cell.
